For web hosting clients inquiring about their site being down or email not working, be sure to send your IP address ( simply click here) along with your support ticket so we can make sure you didn’t trigger one of our security measures by too many invalid login attempts.
For billing questions, if you are able, include your invoice number with your support ticket.
For maintenance requests or content ideas, provide as much detail as possible, and we may call you with any questions.
